Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in building a team that delivers great guest experiences and strong results. You will help develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders, oversee daily operations, and ensure brand standards, safety, and profitability.

Prior supervisory experience is preferred; strong leadership, communication, and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in math, writing, and basic computer skills.
At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
High school diploma or equivalent required (college a plus).
Knowledge of financial management and P&L basics preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing employees.
Communicate job expectations and hold team members accountable.
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to support team development.
Foster a respectful and positive work environment.
Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
Ensure shifts are staffed appropriately to meet service goals.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment (safety, sanitation, and food safety standards).
Ensure brand standards, procedures, and systems are consistently executed.
Review guest feedback and operational assessments to drive improvements.
Support cost control to maximize profitability.
Help execute marketing promotions and product rollouts.
Train team members on new products and promotions.
Drive sales goals, track performance, and support continuous improvement.
