Responsibilities

• Support Regional Retail Sales Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Coach Store Managers and Sales Associates to drive sales and service.
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and workforce planning across locations.
• Monitor store performance and help implement improvement plans.
