Qualifications

• 2+ years in a people-management role in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading teams of around 7 employees with defined procedures.
• On-site presence five days per week with weekend availability.

• Strong operational and financial judgment; goal-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Own overall store performance, including sales results and key metrics.
• Review reports to identify trends and necessary corrective actions.
• Delegate tasks across leadership with accountability and follow-through.
• Manage schedules within labor targets and audit payroll for accuracy.
• Uphold strong operational standards and inventory controls.
• Lead training and development with a focus on consistency and culture.
• Create a welcoming, high-touch guest experience and address feedback.
