Responsibilities include staffing, training, inventory management, and execution of promotional campaigns while maintaining brand standards and strict cost controls. On-site role with varied hours, including peak periods.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a leadership role within retail operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, planograms, and customer service programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-unit retail teams to meet revenue and service targets.
• Ensure SOP adherence, staffing adequacy, and operating readiness across zones.
• Oversee inventory, vendor coordination, planogram execution, and shrink reduction.
