Job summary

GUILD FOR EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN seeks a Junior Recruiter to support recruitment and onboarding efforts. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for assigned positions, working with hiring managers and HR to maintain an efficient process.

Primarily in-person, travel to local recruitment events is required. Candidates should have 1–2 years of recruitment or related experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• 1–2 years of recruitment, HR, staffing, or related experience preferred.
• Primarily an in-person position; travel locally for events; some evenings/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for assigned positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in HRIS/ATS.
• Support onboarding of new employees as needed.
• Maintain job postings on various boards and platforms.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and reporting as assigned.
• Assist with internal postings and transfers per policy.
