Townsquare Interactive is seeking a Junior Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist to jumpstart a career in talent acquisition at our Uptown Charlotte office. This entry-level role emphasizes learning, accuracy, and the ability to meet measurable goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will source candidates, build pipelines, refresh postings, and help drive efficient hiring with support from experienced recruiters and robust training.

Responsibilities

• Source fresh candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines using searches and sourcing strategies.
• Identify high-potential candidates for the Recruiting team.
• Refresh job postings to maintain a steady flow of applicants.
• Prepare and submit offer approvals and move candidates through hiring stages.
• Maintain clean candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management.
• Partner with Recruiters to adjust sourcing priorities and provide support.

Townsquare Interactive is looking for a driven, organized, and highly motivated Junior Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruiting team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced recruiting environment. You don't need previous recruiting experience-we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, comfort working toward measurable goals, and an eagerness to learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Source fresh candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting platforms, with a focus on both volume and candidate quality
• Build targeted candidate pipelines using established searches, Boolean strings, and sourcing strategies based on current hiring needs
• Learn our ideal candidate profiles and develop the ability to identify and flag high‑potential candidates for our Recruiting team
• Manage and refresh job postings across recruiting platforms to maintain a consistent flow of applicants
• Prepare and submit offer approvals and help ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the hiring process
• Maintain clean, accurate candidate records within Greenhouse, including candidate stages, sources, and other key information
• Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management by tracking sourcing activity, candidate flow, upcoming interviews, offers, and start classes
• Partner closely with Recruiters to understand current pipeline needs, adjust sourcing priorities, and provide additional support where it's needed most
• Take ownership of recurring recruiting projects and processes while continuously learning our systems, hiring standards, and overall recruiting strategy
