Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for an in-office role at our Uptown Charlotte office. You will begin with hands-on training and live coaching to master the full sales cycle of our digital marketing solutions.

No prior sales experience is required; we value coachability, strong communication, and grit. The role focuses on new client acquisition with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a clear path for advancement.
