Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Generate candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and guide interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Handle onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
