Total Quality Logistics is hiring a Recruiter in Irving, TX, offering a paid training program for recent graduates. You will own the candidate search and manage from sourcing to offer with an on-site hiring manager, driving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

You will generate candidate flow through multiple sourcing methods, conduct phone screens, and guide onboarding while leveraging Avature ATS.
