Job summary

Talan Group seeks a Junior Recruiter to join the U.S. Talent Acquisition team in New York. You will support staff augmentation recruitment across consulting, technology, and professional services, building talent pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You'll collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, coordinate interviews, and assist with offers while maintaining data accuracy and process improvements for the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, to engage candidates and stakeholders in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn with initiative.
• Creative problem-solving and quick thinking for candidate challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment data, track pipeline activity, and help improve hiring processes.
• Develop talent pipelines for consulting, technology, and professional services roles.
• Collaborate with Sales and hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with transparent and timely communication.
• Share sourcing techniques and market insights with Talent Acquisition colleagues.
