Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our People team, supporting global clients with a focus on technical roles across the US, Mexico, and Latin America. Based in Arlington, VA, this on-site role collaborates across a distributed team and includes four days per week onsite.

You'll handle full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve day-to-day processes while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands-on with AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.
• Willingness to learn roles, markets, and tools.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to take on responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions across full recruitment lifecycle with coaching support.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align requirements.
• Source and engage candidates across the US, Mexico, and Latin America.
• Conduct initial screens and provide updates to candidates and stakeholders.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and tracking tools.
• Learn regional talent markets and tailor outreach.
• Collaborate with a global team and manage priorities.
• Apply AI learnings to improve recruiting day-to-day.
• Support people initiatives and employee engagement efforts.
