Job summary

Talan USA is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support staff augmentation recruitment activities within our U.S. Talent Acquisition team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help build talent pipelines, engage candidates, and coordinate hiring processes across consulting, technology, and professional services roles. You will work with Sales and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, deliver a positive candidate experience, and contribute to hiring objectives while developing

Qualifications

• Required: Recent graduate with strong interest in recruitment, project management, and sales, or up to 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with candidates, clients, and stakeholders across the U.S. market.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for teamwork in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office / 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and candidate follow-up.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, track pipeline activity, and contribute to process improvements.
• Develop expertise in recruiting for consulting, technology, and professional services talent supporting staff augmentation engagements.
• Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitive recruiting practices across the U.S. market.
• Collaborate with Sales and hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Share best practices and sourcing techniques with Talent Acquisition colleagues and contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement.
