Addison Group is hiring a Junior Recruiter in Mesa, AZ to support a growing client in the construction industry. This contract-to-hire role blends recruiting tasks with HR administrative duties, offering hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle.

You will identify candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and help with onboarding while reporting to the Recruiting Manager. The position requires 1-3 years of recruiting experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening to determine alignment with open positions.
• Coordinate recruiting activities from initial candidate contact through the onboarding process.
• Match candidates with opportunities based on their experience, skills, interests, and career goals.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide ongoing support.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to track activity and progress toward weekly goals.
• Organize and maintain candidate information within the company's internal recruiting system.
• Provide administrative support related to HR and recruiting functions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
