EverStaff is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team in the United States. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and helps candidates identify new career opportunities.

The Junior Recruiter will assist with sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for positions across several industries, including manufacturing, skilled trades, legal, accounting and finance, HR, admin, call center, engineering, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new candidates.
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions, candidates, and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning ATS/recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet client requirements.
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews.
• Discuss candidates’ experience, skills, compensation expectations, availability, and career goals.
• Present job opportunities clearly and answer candidate questions.
• Prepare candidate summaries and submit qualified individuals for review.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Update candidate records, notes, and activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with reference checks, onboarding requirements, and pre-employment documentation.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Meet weekly recruiting, outreach, interview, and placement goals.
• Represent EverStaff professionally and provide a positive candidate experience.
