Description
If you are passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and love supporting the community of individuals with developmental disabilities, this is a fantastic opportunity to continue ensuring children receive the care they need!
The Junior Recruiter must possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with department managers and upper management. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to develop a diverse talent pipeline aligned with ACP's mission, vision, values, and workplace culture. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers—and working closely with the Senior Recruiter to ensure timely processing of candidates.
