Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Junior Real Estate Analyst to conduct market research and support the Valuation Services team. You will collect data, perform market studies, and analyze economic trends in designated regions, reporting to a Manager or Principal.

The role requires an in-office presence for the first four months with possible flexible arrangements later, and a driver’s license with motor vehicle history check. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area and 1–2 years of Real Estate research or market analysis experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to synthesize primary and web-based research.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic and market research via interviews and online resources.
• Identify subsidized, tax credit and market rate comparables and perform market analyses.
• Draft market studies with primary market areas, comparables, and demand analysis.
• Assist with appraisals of proposed and existing developments and analyze housing markets.
• Perform in-person site visits and support additional duties as needed.
