Job summary

RCN Capital is seeking a Junior Account Executive in the Charlotte Metro area to kick off a career in real estate finance. You will connect with brokers and borrowers to understand goals, match them with loan programs, and guide qualification and closing.

You’ll begin with hands-on training, grow into managing a 30–50 loan pipeline, and develop trusted client relationships as you master our product suite.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Willingness to build and manage a 30-50 loan pipeline.
• Ability to review financial data and assess client needs.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business and identify new customers for real estate, asset-based loans.
• Follow up on warm leads from marketing programs.
• Own the loan process from origination through processing and underwriting.
• Serve as the point of contact for servicing after closing and maintain client relationships.
• Communicate the full product suite clearly to clients and tailor recommendations.
