Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a mid to senior-level Real Estate Capital Markets associate in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will handle commercial real estate financing, structuring debt, workouts, and related transactions while collaborating with a large regional, national, or international firm.

Qualified candidates will have 4-8 years of CRE finance experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and must be licensed or eligible for NC admission.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of real estate finance experience.
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in North Carolina.
• Must reside in the Charlotte area and work in the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and structured debt.
• Work on workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans.
• Assist with purchases and sales of commercial property and related real estate transactions.
