Groma is seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to support the daily operations of the Mosaic in Lynn, Massachusetts. The role collaborates with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while growing responsibilities across key areas.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to advance in property management, with strong communication skills and knowledge of relevant regulations in the Greater Boston market.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in property management or related real estate operations.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and task management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to property management, including fair housing laws.
• Familiarity with Greater Boston Area real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of properties.
• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and compliant with regulations and codes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Assist with emergency service coordination and incident reporting.
• Develop knowledge of maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
