Inland Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Massachusetts to oversee operations, leasing, and resident relations across properties. You will manage budgets, staff, and safety compliance while driving occupancy and property value.

The role emphasizes high integrity, community leadership, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day management to deliver outstanding resident experiences and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Property Management or relevant work experience.
• Experience with housing/affordable apartments preferred.
• Compliance certification required or willing to obtain.
• Problem-solving skills and data analysis to guide decisions.
• Ability to travel to company gatherings or other properties.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects/residents.
• OSHA knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Proficiency with computers, internet search, and math; Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates highest standards of integrity and compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Aims to maximize occupancy and property value while guiding staff and community.
• Handles resident concerns with a positive service attitude to ensure satisfaction.
• Develops and implements resident retention programs and communications.
• Coordinates leasing with the team and analyzes marketing data to meet goals.
• Maintains accurate records of rents, delinquencies, moves, and other transactions.
• Oversees on-site staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and timesheet approval.
• Ensures property appearance and readiness, communicates service requests to maintenance.
• Supports budgeting and financial goals in owners’ best interests.
