Job summary

Groma is seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to support the daily operations of Mosaic in Lynn, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within property management.

This role collaborates with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while taking on increasing responsibility across key functional areas. We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $90,000 USD plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in property management or a related real estate operations field.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and task management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management, including fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of our properties.
• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and in compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Assist with emergency service coordination and incident reporting.
• Develop knowledge of maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
• Work with maintenance technicians and associates to carry out daily responsibilities.
• Analyze rents to aid in underwriting and support regulatory compliance efforts.
• Assist in developing relationships with local vendors and contractors.
• Participate in bidding property services and review vendor contracts.
• Handle resident inquiries professionally and timely.
• Coordinate resident events and manage onsite amenities.
• Support leasing efforts and property marketing.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and eviction procedures with legal counsel.
• Track leasing operations, respond to inquiries, coordinate tours, process applications, and assist with renewals.
• Assist in managing property budgets and operating reports.
