Job summary

ResiHome in Tampa, FL is seeking an On‑Site Property Manager to be the first point of contact for residents. You’ll oversee property and team management in a designated market, providing hands‑on support and ensuring residents receive outstanding service from day one through on‑site visits, leasing tasks, and community collaboration.

The role requires a State Real Estate License, 3–5 years of leasing or property management, and a business or real estate background.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required for State of Residence.
• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
• Energetic, adaptable, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for property visits.
• Understanding of landlord/tenant laws, lease agreements, and fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present home features and community benefits.
• Conduct home tours and guide prospects through leasing and applications.
• Maintain on-site operations to meet brand standards.
• Manage past-due balances and address maintenance concerns.
• Optimize occupancy and renewals to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Coordinate with HOA/code enforcement and internal teams.
• Use CRM and property management tools to track records and marketing tasks.
• Stay informed about market conditions and competitor trends affecting leasing strategy.
