Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience; entry-level welcome.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with loosely defined assignments and drive results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sr. Director of BHS Operations.
• Support Business Development, Estimating, and Project Management with analysis and coordination.
• Assist with project financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and review project budgets, estimates, schedules, bid packages, and proposals.
• Review project documentation to identify missing information, risks, and follow-ups.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for related functions.
• Develop templates, trackers, dashboards, and reports for project management.
• Support AI-enabled tools, automation, and technology-based improvements.
• Prepare internal and customer-facing documents and presentations.
• Coordinate information across departments and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Take ownership of special, loosely defined projects from plan to completion.
