The role covers commercial, operational, technical, and administrative tasks and offers exposure to the full lifecycle of the business. You will assist with budgets, schedules, bid packages, SOPs, and the development of templates and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical or analytical field or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of relevant professional experience in PM, estimating, construction, or business operations beneficial but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct day-to-day support to the Sr. Director of BHS Operations and other team members as assigned.
• Assist Business Development, Estimating, and Project Management with analytical, administrative, and coordination activities.
• Support project financial analysis including budgets, costs, forecasts, and change orders.
• Assist with budgets, schedules, bid packages, proposals, and supporting docs.
• Develop and implement SOPs and tools to improve workflows and reporting.
