Job summary

sg360° is seeking a Project Management Apprentice to support the Project Management team in coordinating customer orders through the manufacturing process. You will learn SG360° systems, procedures, production workflows, and customer requirements under senior staff guidance, with an initial focus on inline web printing.

You will develop skills in order entry, job tracking, and documentation, while learning to communicate updates to internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with coordinating customer orders from entry through production, delivery, and billing.
• Review orders, estimates, specifications, and production requirements for accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain job files, production instructions, and supporting documents.
• Develop understanding of inline web printing, finishing, mailing and related processes.
• Coordinate with Production to understand schedules, material requirements, and job readiness.
• Track proofs, samples, materials, and other preproduction items.
