Job summary

sg360° is seeking a Digital Press Operator on 3rd shift in Wheeling, IL to operate and maintain an HP PageWide Digital Web Press (HP A2200/T4250). You will monitor output quality, perform routine adjustments, and ensure production standards.

Responsibilities include training new press operators, performing most maintenance unsupervised, and applying strong computer skills to file-to-print workflows in a technically and mechanically oriented printing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience operating IBM, Kodak, Xerox iGen, Oce.
• 2+ years' experience with roll to roll digital presses is required.
• HP A2200 experience preferred

Position

Our company is seeking a Digital Press Operator on 3rd shift who is responsible for operating and maintaining an HP PageWide Digital Web Press (HP A2200/T4250) with limited assistance. This role requires knowledge of equipment setup, adjustments, and operating procedures to ensure efficient production and consistent print quality. The operator monitors finished output for accuracy and image quality and performs routine adjustments to maintain production standards.

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions

• Environment is a printing and manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, ink, solvents, vapors, moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
• Requires frequent bending, standing, and walking throughout shift.
• Must be able to push, lift and pull up to 50 lbs. repetitively during shift.
• Requires use of pallet jacks and carts to move product during shift.
• Requires standing and walking 100% of shift on a concrete floor.
