Job summary

sg360 is seeking a Project Management Apprentice to support the Project Management team in coordinating customer orders through the manufacturing process. You will learn SG360 systems, production workflows, and customer requirements, starting with inline web printing.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, a high school diploma, and a willingness to learn and grow into a Project Manager role within our manufacturing environment. Local travel is minimal.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Managers with coordinating customer orders from initial entry through production, delivery, and billing.
• Learns to review customer orders, estimates, specifications, and production requirements for accuracy and completeness.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining job files, production instructions, and supporting documentation.
• Develops an understanding of inline web printing, finishing, mailing, and related manufacturing processes.
• Works with Project Management and Manufacturing to understand production schedules, material requirements, and job readiness.
• Assists with tracking proofs, samples, materials, and other preproduction requirements.
• Learns to communicate job information, changes, and updates to internal departments and, as appropriate, Sales and customers.
• Supports the preparation and maintenance of job changes, shipping information, and billing documentation.
• Participates in production meetings and works with manufacturing personnel to develop an understanding of production workflows and challenges.
• Learns and utilizes SG360 systems for order entry, job tracking, and documentation.
