Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Florida seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager through the project life cycle. You will help with pricing, budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and scheduling on assigned projects.

You will assist in coordinating safety, prepare submittals, shop drawings, and change orders, and work with the team to deliver projects on time and under budget. This role offers growth in the mechanical construction field and hands-on exposure to large commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining safety by coordinating meetings, investigations, and participation.
• Support Project Managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.
• Help plan and manage HVAC and plumbing installation to meet code and schedule.
• Attend meetings to support project and departmental goals.
• Assist in vendor/subcontractor PO preparation, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Contribute to monthly reports and cost reviews to keep the project on time and budget.
• Assist with estimating change orders and project close-out tasks.
