Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in craft supervision and labor coordination.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the project lifecycle and safety meetings.
• Assist project managers and superintendents in planning and execution.
• Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installation to meet code and schedule.
• Participate in meetings to achieve project and departmental goals.
• Prepare vendor/subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Contribute to monthly reports and cost reviews.
• Assist with estimating change orders, documentation, and closeout.
• Develop skills in the mechanical industry through project work.
