You will coordinate with the project team, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedule integrity and budget adherence, from inception through close-out.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design/PM, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe on-site environment through hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and change control.
• Oversee cost reviews and accounts receivable/payable processes.
• Coordinate start-up, commissioning, and close-out documents.
