Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Project Manager to provide overall administrative and technical direction for electrical projects on a Danville, PA site. You will manage project life cycles, support engineering activities, oversee safety, and maintain project documentation while ensuring profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, strong budgeting and technical skills, and the ability to coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, business administration, or construction management.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with solid training in the project life cycle.
• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, BIM).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimating, budgeting, contractual obligations, OSHA regulations, and reading technical documents.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design efforts to ensure compliance with design, NERC, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as liaison to coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, Foremen, and union officials.
• Authorize and/or approve project staff transactions, including selection of superintendents, foremen, staff volume, and wages.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review and approve purchasing requisitions, payments, invoices, and change order requests.
• Assist in implementing safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Interpret and enforce client and company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain official project documentation and logs.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.
• Support customer maintenance and related sales and marketing activities.
• Understand labor agreements and standards specific to projects.
