Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Associate Project Manager to support a large project or several smaller ones, under supervision of a Project Manager. The role requires collaboration across design, construction and field teams, with attention to budget and schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal/external communication, assisting with staffing, estimates and change orders, and upholding safety programs. This is a hands-on role with travel and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project Managed training, experience or skills with a general understanding of a project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort to ensure project is built to design, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members (GCs, subcontractors, superintendents, foremen).
• Assist with staffing approvals for project personnel and procurement processes.
• Support estimating activities and change orders.
• Assist with safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
