Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support a large complex project from our Ft. Wayne, IN (or Toledo, OH) offices.

You will assist the Project Manager in administrative and technical directions and provide required engineering and field support. You'll coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and foremen, help with staffing decisions, and contribute to cost estimates while upholding safety programs and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training, experience, or skills with an understanding of a project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total construction and design effort to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members (GCs, subs, superintendents, foremen).
• Assist in staffing approvals for project roles and resources.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests.
• Support safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
