Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations is looking for a Junior Project Manager to oversee utility infrastructure projects across Minnesota and Wisconsin. You will lead design, permitting, and construction coordination for underground and overhead systems, coordinating diverse teams and maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires strong communication, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience in utility construction.
• Experience with underground and overhead utility systems.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for developers, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, design, permitting, execution, restoration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver electric or gas utility projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Manage multiple projects to meet time, scope, and budget goals.

This individual could lead the coordination of design, permitting, and construction for both underground and overhead utility systems.
