Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of projects across Product, Operations and Technology teams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers and status reports.
• Monitor progress against milestones and follow up on actions.
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout project delivery.
• Help organise workshops, working sessions and project meetings.
• Support product managers through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-implementation review.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into product development and project management processes.
• Challenge conventional approaches and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies and methodologies that could benefit our operations.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues across multiple teams and locations.
• Act as a central coordination point between business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and ensure decisions, actions and dependencies are clearly documented.

Your Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Coordination

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of projects across Product, Operations and Technology teams

Your Profile:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, operations, consulting, technology or a related area
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working in team-based or cross-functional environments is advantageous
• Demonstrable interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
