Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a motivated construction professional to support project delivery on our sites. You will work with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet requirements, timelines, and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves reviewing drawings and submittals, addressing technical questions, tracking budgets and progress, and helping maintain safety and quality protocols across project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0 - 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals while supporting safe work execution.
• Coordinates with project managers and project teams to address standard technical questions and resolve general project issues.
• Monitors schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances to support timely corrective actions.
• Supports implementation of standard QA and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
• Identifies opportunities for incremental improvements and contributes to leading practices with guidance.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team members and stakeholders.

Education
