Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 30 training preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinates with project managers to address technical questions and resolve issues.
• Monitors schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances.
• Supports QA and safety protocols throughout project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports.
• Identifies opportunities for incremental improvements and participates in best-practice development.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to stakeholders.
