Job summary

BluePath Labs is seeking a Mid-level Contracts & Security Support Specialist to provide contracts and personnel-security coordination support for a federal client program. This onsite Washington, DC role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Government security clearance. The successful candidate will independently coordinate contract actions, clearance verification, badging, access requests, travel approvals, forms, and property records with authorized officials.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen
• 4+ years of contracts or personnel-security support experience
• Proficiency with standard office tools, trackers, calendars, and document routing

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and track contract actions with authorized corporate officials.
• Coordinate clearance verification, badging, and access requests with authorized officials.
• Coordinate travel approvals, required forms, and property records.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and document routing for contracts and personnel-security support activities.
• Collect inputs and follow up on outstanding actions to support timely coordination.
• Escalate delays and incomplete information to the appropriate authorized officials.
• Handle sensitive contracts and personnel-security information appropriately
