Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a Junior Program / Project / Management Analyst to support the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA. You will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives and track deliverables.

You will work with senior analysts to collect data across project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements to ensure timely execution of naval aviation programs.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• BA or BS from an accredited institution.
• 0–3 years in program analysis or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical reasoning and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret data for baseline reporting on aircraft and programs.
• Monitor daily program status, milestones, and schedules.
• Assist in analyzing requirements, budgets, and timelines to stay aligned.
• Perform basic analyses under senior guidance.
• Prepare analytical findings in spreadsheets, status reports, and presentations.
