Job summary

Veridos America is seeking a motivated Junior Program Manager to support the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Driver's License and ID Card System. This role involves hands-on delivery, account support, and periodic travel to Ohio BMV sites.

You will assist with project planning, stakeholder coordination, operational support, and customer communications throughout implementation and steady-state operations, with growth into additional programs over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years in project coordination, program management, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong customer-facing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules, workplans, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support preparation of contractual deliverables and status reports.
• Monitor milestones, service levels, risks, and issues.
• Support relationship management and account reporting.
• Contribute to proposals, renewals, and onboarding of new projects.
