Job summary

The State of Indiana seeks a Program Director - BMV Registrations to lead interactions with the STARS platform and coordinate with the IT Department to ensure tested and validated system enhancements. You will provide subject matter expertise on registration processes and drive operational improvements across units to align with policy and compliance requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Registrations Compliance, this role is based in Indianapolis and requires strong collaboration across

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Experience with complex transaction processing systems, case-management platforms, or operational databases.
Background in process analysis, workflow improvement, and identifying system defects.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships across departments.
Ability to analyze information, interpret procedural guidelines, and make informed recommendations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn specialized software systems.

Responsibilities
