Job summary

Veridos America is seeking a motivated Junior Program Manager to support the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) Driver's License and Identification Card System. This hands-on role works with the Senior PM and customer stakeholders, with periodic travel to Ohio BMV sites and potential expansion to other Veridos programs.

You will develop schedules, coordinate meetings, monitor metrics, and contribute to proposals and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years in project coordination, program management, account management, operations, or related customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive work to completion.
• Strong customer-facing, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 15% based on business needs.
• U.S. citizenship required and subject to successful background screening.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules, workplans, WBS, action logs, risk/issue logs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; prepare agendas and notes.
• Support deliverables such as Ohio BMV requirements and customer-specific items.
• Monitor milestones, service levels, contractual commitments, risks, and escalations.
• Assist with account growth including proposals, renewals, change requests, onboarding/delivery of new projects.
• Represent Veridos professionally in customer-facing meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Prepare operational reports, scorecards, QBRs/MBRs, and performance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
