The Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) – State of Indiana seeks a Software Engineering Manager to lead application development and database administration efforts. You will supervise internal staff and contracted sprint teams to drive modernization and IT operations.

This onsite role is based in the Indiana Government Center, Indianapolis. The position reports to the Chief Modernization Officer and requires guiding projects to meet policy goals while delivering robust technical solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a similar software engineering leadership role.
• Experience delivering high-quality applications and managing IT budgets.
• Ability to supervise diverse teams and guide technical staff.
• Strong knowledge of policies, standards and procedures for development.
