Job summary

The Brand Junkie in Cypress, TX is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage preparation, scheduling, staging, and tracking of orders within our decoration operations. You will keep the two‑week production schedule current, ready files for operators, and update systems with status and costing data.

You will identify production workflows, coordinate with art and order processing teams, and maintain detailed records while supporting production as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in production coordination or scheduling preferred.
• Experience in embroidery or screen print production preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems; Acumatica experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Ability to interpret order docs, artwork, and instructions.
• Attention to detail; update production records accurately.
• Ability to identify scheduling issues and suggest solutions.
• Comfortable with computer work and hands-on production environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in Excel to maintain schedules and data.

Responsibilities

• Identify production‑ready orders and schedule work two weeks in advance.
• Flag rush orders and capacity issues; suggest workflow adjustments.
• Assign orders to embroidery or screen print machines; adjust as needed.
• Move orders to staging areas and ensure readiness for operators.
• Verify required production information and artworks before staging.
• Organize production files so operators have necessary details.
• Coordinate with Production Art or Order Processing for missing instructions.
• Update order status, location, and production data in systems.
• Monitor progress and update production status throughout the day.
• Coordinate multi‑decor process orders across areas.
• Record damages or exceptions and coordinate replacements.
• Prepare daily production reports for costing and finance review.
• Maintain organized production records and digital files.
• Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Provide hands‑on production support when needed.
• Comply with company policies and handbook.
