Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to support Creative Services production operations through staffing analysis, scheduling, and workflow administration across multiple projects. This role partners with Creative Services leadership to maintain staffing visibility, resource utilization, and project coverage, ensuring timely event delivery.

This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team in a hybrid schedule (2–3 days on-site) and may be based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years in live event production, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience with operations records, dashboards, and workflow tracking.
• Experience coordinating freelance/contractor teams.
• Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar tools.
• Experience with resource management platforms such as SRF, LASSO, Mertz.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing analysis, workforce planning, and administrative coordination for production operations.
• Maintain resource tracking tools, dashboards, and scheduling documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain operational systems and staffing platforms.
• Monitor availability and workload to support scheduling and project coverage.
• Identify conflicts and gaps; assist with staffing recommendations.
• Assist with freelance/contractor onboarding and communications.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility.
