Job summary

Dog is Human in New York seeks a hands-on QA/QC professional to own quality across existing dog health products and help bring new items from R&D through production.

You’ll visit manufacturing sites, drive corrective actions, maintain specifications and testing requirements, and document quality processes.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fast learners, with strong communication and problem-solving skills; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Willing to visit manufacturing sites to drive quality improvement.

• Familiarity with manufacturing or new product development is a big plus.

• Own and improve QA/QC processes across existing products.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions with manufacturers.
• Own product specifications, testing requirements, and quality documentation.
• Support manufacturing, site visits, and new product development from R&D through production.
