Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering; recent graduates with strong internship or co‑op experience will also be considered.
• Interest in developing project management and changing management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles; coursework or internship exposure is acceptable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and manufacturing documentation tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of new products into manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement efficient, scalable production processes.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new equipment, tools, and technologies to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing standards, including costing, pallet, packaging, nailing, and gluing standards.
• Partner with Product Design and cross‑functional teams to optimize products for manufacturability.
• Document and improve procedures to support scalability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Lead innovation, digitalization, and equipment implementation initiatives to improve performance and sustainability.
