Job summary

TekniPlex is seeking a Process Engineer to support development, scale-up, and implementation of new technologies at the Global Innovation Center. You will collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to advance products from development to commercialization.

The role requires 1–3 years in engineering or process development, with experience in plastics lamination or converting processes. A related associate degree is required, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset is

Qualifications

Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
1–3 years of related engineering, manufacturing, or process development experience.
Experience with manufacturing processes, process equipment, tooling, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop multilayer lamination processes using various plastic materials in support of new product and technology development.
Plan, conduct, and document process trials and experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to project teams.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot process equipment and tooling.
Communicate with internal development teams regarding project activities and results.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical, manufacturing, product, and customer issues.
Assist in developing annual budgets for process equipment, tooling, and related expenses.
