In this role, you will support process improvements and new product introductions within the Operations organization. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Product Design, Quality, and other cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Nefab is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Dallas plant and help drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and sustainability. In this hands‑on role, you will support new product launches, process design, continuous improvement, and equipment projects while working closely with the Plant Manager and regional operations team. This is a high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environment that requires flexibility, strong problem‑solving, and a consistent, hands‑on approach. The right candidate will take ownership from day one and have the opportunity to grow into broader processes, quality, or operations leadership within Nefab’s global organization.
This position may require standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Physical activities may also include stooping, kneeling, gripping, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
