Job summary

TemperPack in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Process Engineer to participate in the full life cycle of manufacturing processes and equipment, focusing on testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with operations and R&D on product development testing, write SOPs, provide safety leadership, and support commissioning of new equipment.

The role requires 1+ years of process engineering experience and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (or related STEM field) or similar professional experience.
• 1+ years industrial experience in Process Engineering.
• Detail oriented with high sense of urgency and positive attitude.
• Development and Application of Statistical Process Control for new processes
• Proficient in interacting with SQL databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift 40 pounds unassisted; work in hot and cold environments; wear PPE

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for process and formulation trials.
• Collect and analyze data to support deployment or continuous improvement.
• Support manufacturing process deployment and night/weekend shifts if required.
• Write and edit SOPs and other process documentation.
• Train operations team on SOPs.
• Collaborate with operations and R&D on product development testing.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects.
• Conduct safety and risk assessments of processes and equipment.
• Provide commissioning support for new equipment and process changes.
• Participate in on-call pager duty for night shift.
